What is it?
Self-Love Sanctuary is a transformative 6 week journey designed to help you connect more deeply with yourself and your body through the practices of yoga, meditation, journaling and gratitude. It is a space where you can grow and evolve into the best version of yourself, all while being supported by others who are on their own self-love journey.
Who is it for?
This sacred community is for those who are tired of jumping from one diet to the next, and who are ready to put in the work to change the way they feel about their body from the inside out.
Each practice will be designed to honour and empower every body - whether you are a complete beginner, a long-time yogi, or somewhere in between. There are no age limits, no size restrictions, and no experience necessary. If you're feeling pulled towards this community, then it is for you.
BUT - space is limited! In order to protect the sacred community aspect of this offering, each group will be kept to a small number so that everyone can receive the quality time and energy they deserve.
what is included?
As part of the Self-Love Sanctuary, you will be invited to a private group where you can receive support and feedback from myself and the other members as often as you'd like throughout the 6 week program.
Each week, we'll also have a virtual meeting which will include...
- a body positive yoga practice designed for each and every body type
- a guided meditation to cultivate stillness and self-love
- a journal prompt related to that week's theme
- a safe space to share successes and struggles with a supportive community
