Hi! I'm Kristin. 

I'm a certified yoga teacher and self-love advocate, and I use yoga to share the practice of self-love so that you can heal your relationship with your body and find joy in movement. 

I have been practicing yoga since I was a teenager, and I always had this little voice in the back of my mind whispering to me, "Maybe I could be a yoga teacher some day...". 

But when I went to yoga classes, the teachers never looked like me. When I watched videos on Youtube, the teachers never looked like me. Then, a few years ago, I started taking barre classes at a new studio and for the first time... the instructor looked like me! She had the same body type as me, and she was so confident and strong and self-assured - and that's when it hit me. 

If she can do it, why can't I?

Shortly after that, I signed up for a yoga teacher training program, and I haven't looked back since! My goal is to prove that there is no such thing as a 'yoga body' and yoga students (and teachers) come in all shapes and sizes. All of my classes are designed to make you feel more comfortable and confident in your body. 

I strongly believe that yoga is for everyone, so I use props, breathwork and visualization to bring challenging poses within reach and I tailor our flows to meet you at your appropriate edge. If you're ready to feel empowered both on and off the mat, I can't wait to flow with you!



Body Positive Yoga
(for all levels)

A 45 minute yoga class geared to beginners and those looking for a slower pace and more guidance. We will connect our movement with the breath and focus on creating a healthier relationship with our bodies through the gentle practice of self-love. Variations of each pose will be offered so that students of all levels can find what feels best in their body. 

Yin Yoga
(for the Sunday Scaries)

A 45 minute slow-paced class where we use props to support the body in holding poses so that we can allow our minds and muscles to relax. This class is appropriate for all levels, and is a perfect way to wrap up your weekend so you can start the week with a sense of ease!

Private Yoga

Private yoga classes will be specifically planned to reflect your strengths, your needs, and your goals. Ideal for students of any level who would like individualized feedback to help them advance in their practice, or who are working towards a specific goal (i.e.: increased flexibility, injury recovery, dream pose, etc).
